ACTS
ACTS (Area Congregations Together in Service), is a non profit local to Richmond, VA which helps families who have been displaced to pay rent/mortgage. They did not have set brand guidelines other than logo, color palette, and minimal elements. They wanted to “up their game” on a brochure and 2021 Annual Report. Below I have my design refresh and the original designs for comparison.

Cooper Lofts
Cooper Lofts, a renovated building with quite the history, located S 18th St, in historic Shockoe Bottom downtown Richmond, VA. The building was originally a Cooperage factory in the 19th century which manufactured barrels. I designed the logo in reference to this, created a lobby design treatment showcasing the history, as well as signage for the building.
